1). DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Swolesome is a handmade business (this is how we make them so tasty and good looking!) so all orders are made fresh, hand packed and hand boxed - which takes a little time! But I promise they'll be worth the wait! ;P
Our 10x working day turnaround time means we aim to make your bars and dispatch them by the 10th working day. This is sometimes increased to 15x during the holidays. If you have not received an order dispatch confirmation email after 15x working days of placing the order then please contact us via the contact page with your name and order number. We do not deal with order queries via our social media, only emails!
All orders are now shipped tracked with Evri (This may be different for overseas shipment). Please note, customers are liable for any customs or duties fees adding to shipment for outside UK orders.

Shipping Information and Responsibilities:
We provide customers with timely shipping information. If you haven't received it, kindly reach out, and we'll gladly send it upon request. Once your order is shipped, it becomes your responsibility to track and ensure its delivery.
In the event of delivery issues, please provide proof of contact with the courier to facilitate a resolution. Please note that once the product is with the courier, it is beyond our control. Your cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process is appreciated.
2) WHERE DO YOU SHIP TOO?
Swolesome currently only ships in the UK and parts of Europe. If you find we do not ship to your country please get in touch via our 'CONTACT US.'
3) WHEN IS THE SITE RESTOCKED?
With the 10x working day turnaround the site is restocked to the max capacity every 2x weeks with limited editions flavour drops throughout.
4) I WANT TO ORDER LOTS!!!
For large orders i.e 40x bars and above I highly recommend requesting an order via email to avoid disappointment . This helps us maintain stock via the site.
5) ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE?

6) I MISSED A LIMITED EDITION FLAVOUR...
Swolesome only makes limited quantities of limited edition flavours. This means once their gone, THEY'RE GONE! If you missed out, fear not, we hold a number of competitions to win special editions.... GOOD LUCK!

7) I HAVE AN ALLERGY!
A few flavours are unintentionally free from depending on the flavour while some bars do contain allergens. This will be stated on each specific bar flavour page under 'INGREDIENTS.' However, Swolesome bars are made in a facility that handles ALL allergens including dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten and wheat. Therefore bars may still contain traces of these allergens. If unsure do not hesitate to get in touch.
8) WHAT PROTEIN IS USED?
+ Swolesome uses pure whey protein and casein.
+ In our vegan Swolesome bars we use a blend of pea isolate and brown rice protein.
9) HOW ARE CALORIES CALCULATED?
Nutrition stated is based on calculated values from specific ingredients. We use calorie free sweeteners where possible to keep bars as low as possible.
10) WHAT IS Net Wt.?
Swolesome Foods is a handmade company. Although we weight throughout the making process shapes and sizes may vary but taste will remain! The calories are calculated on the Net Weight of that flavour, this means the average weight of that product.
11) WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE?
Bars are handmade fresh and hand packed without added artificial preservatives or processed ingredients. This means the shelf lives aren’t as long as other products on the market. This is why we suggest eating them as soon as you can or, within two weeks of receiving your shipment confirmation/collecting.
To be honest, we'll be surprised if you don’t do that anyway! Bars can be preserved through refrigeration or pop them in the freezer to keep them at their best! If you store your bar in the fridge we suggest taking it out prior to eating to allow it to soften.
Can't wait that long?! Microwave for 10 seconds to for a gooey taste explosion :P
12) ISN'T PROTEIN JUST FOR MUSCLY MEN?
No! Protein is not just for gym goers, it is involved in a number of processes in the body. Proteins are made up of amino acids – also known as the building blocks of life. Proteins help to produce important molecules in our bodies like hormones, enzymes, neurotranmitters and antibodies. It is required for the structure, function, and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs. But the reason why gym goers focus on increasing protein in their diet is that it helps build and repair tissues which is especially important when training. Protein repairs and encourages muscle growth. Protein is our main focus here and we try to cram it into every product using either milk protein or vegan substitutes. We aren't biased, but Swolesome Foods are the most tastiest way of consuming more protein.
13) COMPLAINTS…
Swolesome is small business and we value your support greatly, every purchase has huge impact on the business and we are grateful for them all. It’s what allows us to keep doing what we love and provide you with even more, and even better treats, so first off, if you do have a complaint we apologise in advance! We work to provide great service and are saddened to hear you have had a bad experience. If you have any issues regarding an order or purchase please get in touch via on contact us page and we will do my very best to fix it. We are continually trying to improve with every bit of feedback we receive, so please bear with us!

14) REPLIES
Generally social media messages take a little longer to respond too. We appreciate all your comments and love seeing your pictures posted of how your enjoying Swolesome - they make us so happy! But we get quite a lot! This means it takes a while to go through and we spend most of our time making bars!

I am a handmade business with a very small team - I wear all the hats here! Please expect at least 48 hours for a reply (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). We do our best to get back ASAP, if your email is urgent add '!!!!' into your subject to be picked up as a priority when we resume working hours and for businesses who work with us and need fast correspondence please pick up the phone. For customer questions we ask if you only contact through business pages so we can keep tabs on the resolution of your request.
15) DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
We are currently working on a range of custom products but if you are looking to buy Swolesome Foods as a gift or special occasion get in touch with us via our contact page! For this, orders will need to be placed in advanced.
